GUTcert attaches great importance to the protection of your personal data. Therefore, the use of our website is normally possible without providing personal data.

If the input of personal data is required (e.g. name, address or e-mail address), this is done on a voluntary basis. We treat all personal data provided to us confidentially, in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this data protection declaration. They will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent.

However, we would like to point out that data transmission on the Internet (e.g. when communicating by e-mail) can have security gaps. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is therefore not possible.

Server log files

The provider of these pages automatically collects and stores the information in so-called server log files that your browser automatically transmits to us. The following information is collected without your intervention and stored until it is automatically deleted after 14 days:

Google Analytics and Cookies

YouTube

On some pages of the website, YouTube videos are embedded in extended data protection mode. Once you start an embedded video, cookies may be stored in this mode, but they do not include any personal data.

SSL-TLS Encryption

This site uses SSL encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as requests that you send to us as site operator. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock symbol in your browser line. If SSL encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological developments.

Right to information, deletion, blocking

  • Right to correct incorrect data or to complete correct data according to Art. 16 DSGVO
  • Right to delete your data stored by us according to Art. 17 DSGVO
  • Right to restrict the processing of your data according to Art. 18 DSGVO
  • Right to data portability according to Art. 20 DSGVO
  • Right to complain to the competent supervisory authority
    Under the conditions of Art. 21 (1) DSGVO, data processing may be objected to on grounds relating to the particular situation of the data subject.

The above general right of objection applies to all processing purposes described in this privacy information. According to the GDPR, we are only obliged to implement such a general objection if you provide us with reasons of overriding importance for doing so (e.g. a possible risk to life or health).
